A New Villain In Town?

Hello Wizards!

Today, while roaming through Nightside, I noticed a mysterious person roaming about. He was mumbling to himself. I could only make out a few things that he said. This mysterious person said something about Jafar and something else about turning wizards into monsters. I just hope he isn't talking about turning every wizard in Wizard City into monsters because of Jafar's defeat last year. Aladdin? Where are you? We may need your help again!
