A like About Kroktopia Would Be, When I didn't have to fight balance enemies with my balance :) Thats the Only Like, Not one Of my favorite worlds!
Dislikes:
A Dislike About Kroktopia Would Be Of course Fighting balance enemies with my balance, And If you do have a balance character, I am sure you know there are a lot of balance bosses/ enemies in Kroktopia. Very hard Fighting there at level 13-27 Range.
Another Dislike, There is one dungeon there that A level 27 Can't Do without a lot of help. And I think you know Which Dungeon I am talking about, Tomb Of the Beguiler. I couldn't solo That dungeon Even If I wanted to At level 27.

Yes, Krokotopia was definitely hard to do on balance.
