Nativity Of Jesus (Christmas Songs)

Hi there,

It looks like I didn't get to post as many Christmas songs as I wanted to this year. I decided to make one last post (other than tomorrow) of a few of my favorite Christmas songs. :D I am sad I couldn't post 25 days of Christmas songs this year, but that doesn't mean in the future I'll post it again. I think I need a fresh start and I will get that after my break starting in the year 2015 *tries to make that sound futuristic*. :P Anyways... CHRISTMAS! I can't believe it's already Christmas Eve. I mean... I remember talking about Christmas being so far away in July and it's already December 24th, 2014! AH! I'm so excited for Christmas this year and I am thankful for many things. :) *** Warning, if you don't believe in the Birth of Jesus, please stop reading. If you want to read, please do and I hope you have a great day and/or Christmas tomorrow! :) *** I never forget the true meaning of Christmas which is Jesus being born on Christmas (or whenever he was born) but a lot of people celebrate His Birth on the 25th of December. I know there are some who don't believe in this story but I do, and I feel like celebrating by posting a few songs that show parts of the story about his Birth. :D

Where Are You Christmas?

I promise I'm not done blogging just yet, I still have to catch up on a bunch of Christmas songs I missed during the weekend.. I keep missing Christmas songs every week because I am almost always watching a Christmas movie. :D This weekend I watched Elf, The Santa Clause and Home Alone! The Future of this Blog

Hi there,

Yesterday I announced that starting in January I would no longer make blog posts (at least for awhile). This doesn't mean I'm quitting the games, I will still be on the games and in the community. :) I just don't think I should make blog posts until I'm ready to make them again. I'm really thinking I should get through at least a few semesters of school before I start blogging again. I really don't think this is an end of Around the Spiral with Edward Lifegem. I'm going to level my characters on both games and unfortunately, this means I won't make blog posts about Edward Cringle until he's max level (or whatever max is at the time). I want to come back and blog again, but I feel like now isn't the time to blog about every adventure I have in the game and have time to catch up on things that I've missed in the past and have a bigger and better blog in the future for you all to read. I promise, this month isn't a goodbye, I believe I will be back. I don't think I'll be back soon. I'm still going to attend parties, take screenshots of the game and of course announce the contest winners of the Pirate101 Contest. :) My Pirate101 Design a Christmas Ship contest is still happening, so enter that before December 19th. :) I am no longer a Pirate101 Fansite owner, but I still have bundle codes, crowns and companions to giveaway. :) Okay... no more sad posts this month, I think it's time to get back to posting about my swashbuckler, Christmas songs and any fun updates that will be released this month! :) OH, one more thing.. I really want to thank Kingsisle for all of the fun I've had in the past five years, I love blogging about the games and even though soon I won't be, I still love the games and will be playing them. :) Thank you Tom for accepting my fansite application in November 2012, this shows that if you keep trying for something, anything can happen! :D Which is why I'm going to level my characters and plan something very special for this blog for the future. Taking A Long Break

Hi there,

I have decided that this will be the very last year of Around the Spiral with Edward Lifegem. I love making blog posts about the game, but I think it's about time for me to stop making blog posts. I'm not going to stop this month, but I do plan on stopping when Around the Spiral turns five years old. I can't believe this blog is about to turn five years old! I'm happy that this blog lasted this long, but I don't think I should continue another year. I have had so many memorable posts (like the Ravenwood Ball, Pirate101's Grand Opening, New World announcements), and I've enjoyed making these blog posts. I love making posts like this, but I don't feel like this blog is the way I want it to be, at least for now. After my contest ends, I will announce the winners of it. I hope I can come back later down the road and feel like I did when I created this blog. For now, I'm going to finish this month off with a bang, and then start my break in January! I will still be on the games leveling! I plan on leveling my characters as much as possible. Hopefully by the time I come back, Edward Cringle will be level 65 (or whatever max is then) and all of my wizards will be level 100! Thank you so much for all of your support, I hope to return soon. Remember, I will take my break starting in January but I'm not announcing when I'm coming back. This blog will still be up. I will no longer be a Pirate101 Fansite owner (at least for now). I will be back, but after a long needed break. I'm not promising weeks for sure, months, it could be longer than a year. I will finish off this year with a bang, but I will be back. I might come back on May 10th to make a short post about my 5 year Blog Birthday! I'll be here everyday this month. I really hope I do come back and level, but if I don't think I should, I promise I will at least have one month in the future where I make blog posts everyday and end it off on a good note. :) I also MIGHT make blog posts if I feel like it during my free time. There's only 2 weeks until Christmas Eve! :D I can't believe time is going by so fast. I am going to celebrate everyday before Christmas since it's my favorite time of year. Are you excited for Christmas this year? I know I am, and I'm thankful! Thanksgiving isn't the only time to be thankful, I think Christmas is also a good time to be thankful. P101/W101 12 Days Of The Spiral, Day One! (2014)

Kingsisle is having the 12 Days of the Spiral event again this year! I'm sure most of you remember the past few years and this event has been an amazing event each and every year. This year Kingsisle is starting the event with a Bah Humbug Mount. This mount is available but it's very special because Kingsisle is giving a portion of proceeds to two organizations: Austin's Children Services and Children's Medical Center Foundation! Kingsisle is an amazing game team, and I will always remember how amazing they are. I'm going to buy one of these mounts! Edward Cringle VS Miranda Dungeon! (Part 1)

Ahoy Pirates!

It's been about 3 months since I last made a post about my swashbuckler! I can't believe I haven't leveled a character on Pirate101 for that long. I am happy to announce that I finally had time to log onto the game today and complete a quest! Today I got to quest through a huge dungeon in Pirate101, the Miranda! My swashbuckler had to be ready for this dungeon so I made sure my companions were at the right level, had the weapons and gear I needed, and had time to quest through the dungeon. I'm officially on my Christmas break, I had plenty of time to quest through this dungeon. :D

It's been months since I leveled on the game, so I'm not going to mention exactly what I did on my last blog post. I will tell you why I quested in the Miranda today though. I had to quest through the Miranda today to find certain cards to take away Captain Blood's immortality. I later found out that the cards were located in the Miranda dungeon and I had to enter the dungeon (with Blood's hand) so I could play the cards so Death could win and take away his immortality so I could take Blood's treasure. The dungeon wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, so I had a lot of fun today! (I think KI fixed this dungeon for the right level)..

Once I arrived in the dungeon I had to fight a few enemies which wasn't difficult to talk about and that's why I didn't include any picture of them. :P After I defeated the enemies I had to talk to a card dealer in a Saloon and he told me I needed to find the cards before I could play. My first quest required me to talk to Father Ryan in a General Store. I had to look for pages of a Bible that were scattered all over Miranda. After I found all of the pages, I talked to Father Ryan and he gave me the first card. :D This quest wasn't that bad, was it? :D The second easy quest wasn't that bad.. all I had to do on my second quest was talk to Mr. Hockley. He said he would give me the second card if I found his crewmen and give them a proper burial. 

The quest above wasn't a hard quest to complete and didn't require any fights. I think this is where I'm going to end my first post since I don't want the posts being longer than they should be. I'll make another blog post soon! This next post might not show any easy quests. :D I hope you're ready for some fights! I'm happy to be playing Pirate101 and blogging about it again! Shake Up Christmas!

Howdy!

Today was my last day of class which means I can enjoy a one month vacation with tons of Wizard101 & Pirate101! :D I can't believe it's already been 5 months since I started attending college. Anyways, I'm talking about my break because that means I'll have not only Christmas songs but tons of W101 & P101 blog posts this month! :D I'm so happy to be back even if it's just for a month. Well... I'll be back a lot longer during the Summer since I'll have a long Christmas break, but until then, I'm going to enjoy Christmas (since it's my favorite time of year). I don't have any new normal posts, but I do have a favorite Christmas song of mine! Shake Up Christmas by Train!

One More Sleep!

Hey again!

This is my third blog post and probably the most blog posts I've made in one day since early August! I am currently listening to Christmas songs and I thought it would be nice to catch up now since I have a few of my favorite Christmas songs on my Spotify playlist. One  new favorite that was actually released last year is One More Sleep by Leona Lewis! Like I said, there are amazing Christmas songs released in 2010- and a few normal songs. :P

I promised I would make three different blog posts with songs I've missed when studying for my final. :D This is my 2nd favorite Christmas song of the day! :) I know, I picked out a ton of songs since early November, its a shame I can't post all of them this month, but at least you all know 25 of my favorite Christmas songs this year! Here's Do They Know It's Christmas by Band Aid, 1984, my favorite since older music is way better than any song today (2010s), well there are a few good songs (most of them being Christmas), but other than that... bleh! I've missed a few days of Christmas songs because I've been studying for my Math final.. Well, I have decided to have another contest like this one, but I'm going to add a Christmas theme to this one!

• Design A Ship: I want you to design a Christmas themed ship! Please make sure there's color on the ship you design, there's no need to add accuracy and everything to your ship this time. I'm going to focus on the look of the ship. Make sure this ship is YOURS and you have your pirate name on the paper you're going to draw your ship on. Last Christmas

There's only three more weeks until Christmas! I can't believe Christmas is already three weeks from today (and for those excited about 2015, that's only 4 weeks away). :D I'm not ready for Christmas Day because I enjoy the weeks right before Christmas. I have a new tradition where I see a live Nativity scene every year, listen to Christmas music on the radio and so many other awesome things. What Have I Been Up To? Weekly Post #2

Hi there,

I apologize for not making any more posts for months. I have been so busy with school and at the moment it's my #1 priority. I didn't know college was going to be so crazy this semester. I got behind on things and I didn't have time to do anything I wanted to for months. I have been so busy with stuff that even if I had time, I was too tired from working all day on the thing I worked on. As of late, I have been working on my Web Design final and presented it today! I got an A on it. :D I still can't believe I started working on it Saturday and finished it yesterday. (see a pic of my slide show from my presentation below). This weekend I'm going to study for my Math final and I'll be done for an entire month! I can't imagine how fun it's going to be to make Edward Cringle posts, level my wizards and so many other things this month again! That's what I've been up to lately, I promise next semester won't be as busy. I'm taking more online classes and most of my classes are on Mondays & Wednesdays which means I have more time to play on the games. :D I'm going to go for now because I still have work to do, but I wanted to make an update post so you all know what's happening. :D

Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree!

It's December 3rd! I don't like when this month goes by because December 26th is very depressing because my favorite time of year ends and I have to wait another year.. Wait, that's 23 days away.. we have plenty of time to celebrate! :D Today I'm going to post Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree by Brenda Lee since NYC is lighting the Rockefeller Christmas Tree tonight..
