Kingsisle Live Recap

Hi there!

Our awesome Community Manager, Mathew Anderson, and awesome senior producer, Leah, had another Kingsisle Live yesterday. This episode was definitely one of my top favorites for many reasons. One reason was that we could celebrate with Kingsisle because this episode hit over 3,400 live viewers! That's a crazy amount of Twitch viewers, so congratulations to Kingsisle!

One thing that was mentioned at the beginning of the show was the celebrations that would be taking place throughout the month of September. Mathew mentioned a calendar on the show (which was made by the one & only Sheldon from Adventures of the Spiral - thank you, Sheldon). Keep an eye out for the Official Fansite Events that will last through September. The first event to take place is the Spiral Radio event which takes place this Sunday! See more information about their event below:

Sunday, September 2nd
1:00 pm Central / 2:00 pm Eastern
Nightside, Vampire Realm

This episode of Kingsisle Live also featured various guests to talk about their new mobile game, Animal Cove, Wizard101, and Pirate101. These awesome Kingsisle employees were great to see and hear from, but the main guest that everyone was most excited to see was Miss Piggle! It was hilarious to see Mathew bring her into camera view. I couldn't stop laughing for a full 20 minutes. This goes to show that he's definitely in the right position because we know what makes Kingsisle Live amazing is all of the randomnessess. :D

One other thing I got to see that I haven't seen since the early 10s was the many areas at the Kingsisle Live event. At one point there were 21 different areas! That last time I've seen something like this at any in-game event was the Diary of a Wizard events back in 2010-2012. However, I believe this was the largest party to take place in the game. Congratulations to Kingsisle Live on such a successful stream & party... Now, I'm not about sharing those spoilers on my blog.. but they also shared a hint of a new character from Empyrea Part 2. They announced that this next area will be about Female Power! I'm looking forward to seeing what they have planned. If you would like to see this teaser, feel free to click on the link below:

While there was so much more in this nearly 3-hour show that I haven't even shared, I will say that this is going to be an amazing memory. I've never seen so many 9 & 10 year wizards in-game. It was nice taking pictures with them & seeing all of the wizards, no matter when they joined, share their love for this amazing game. This month's Kingsisle Live was definitely an amazing show and I look forward to all of the episodes in the future. If you missed it, they'll be uploading the show to YouTube around next Tuesday. Here's to ten more years of this show & game. Thank you for such a great game, Kingsisle. You have truly changed the lives of millions of people. Now, onward to #20!

Busy Preparing For Community Stuff!

Hello Wizards!

I hope you're having a wonderful week so far. I've been extremely busy lately preparing for some community events. Two upcoming events are the Balloon Run, which we announced yesterday, and the Halloween Run. We're putting a lot of work into both events. I've been so busy this week that I had to share a bit of what I've been up to on a new blog post.

Autumn and I have already announced the Balloon Run to take place on Sunday, September 9th. We're doing this event for a combination of events that the Official Wizard101 Fansites will be having throughout the month of September. I'm very thankful for the support that Kingsisle shows the fansites and many other amazing people in the community. I'm happy that the family-friendly events across the community now have a major spotlight! It's going to be nice seeing how the community progresses from here. Speaking of events, we'll continue having our events for each Holiday for this wonderful community. :)

So other than these awesome upcoming events.. we've also been preparing to start streaming weekly. This is something that makes me so nervous but also excited because we get to hang out with everyone a lot more than we ever have in the past. We usually only interact with y'all at the events or on Twitter. We're now going to take it to the next level. We have a lot of plans for the stream that I think a lot of you are going to like. We'll work towards these goals as we stream. I hope you're able to join us for this fun new adventure... Speaking of fun! I made a little recording below. This recording should be near the stream quality from now on. I'll continue improving it as we stream.

As I've mentioned in the short recording, it sounds pretty good. Then again, I almost said, "Dog Post" instead of Blog Post. I think that since I made this recording before 9:00 am, I can get away with that. Right? No? So yeah... I'm looking forward to streaming our weekly streams and events. There is still so much to prepare for, but we'll figure all of that out as we go. :) Other than all of that, that's what I've been doing over the past week. I've also been excited to watch this week's Kingsisle Live! Speaking of KI Live, they'll be streaming the show today! Hmmm... I should get going because I need to work on a few things before this afternoon. I don't want to be so busy during the episode that I miss out seeing important updates (that has happened many times in the past). With that, I'll take my leave. Thank you all so much for reading.. Until next time, I'll see you around the spiral.

Special Announcement: Twitch Stream Schedule

Hi there!

A few weeks ago, Autumn Dreamwalker & I announced that we had plans to do weekly streams on Twitch. We've decided to make it official and today we're announcing our new weekly streaming schedule! I hope you're able to join us on this new adventure. Keep scrolling for more information:

Official Streaming Schedule: We're proud to announce that we will be streaming Wizard101, Pirate101, and eventually other games multiple times every week! This is going to be a new adventure for us, but I'm sure it'll be amazing. Our current plans are to stream every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Our first stream is set to take place on Tuesday, September 4th at 6:00 pm Central! We hope you're able to join us! Here's our Official Twitch Streaming Schedule:

Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays
6:00 pm Central - 8:00 pm Central
https://www.twitch.tv/edwardlifegem

Streaming Weekly/Holidays Off: We'll be streaming weekly, but the days leading up to a major Holiday or on a Holiday are off limits. I firmly believe that everyone should be hanging out with their families around this time. Either way, we'll still be streaming on Twitch every week. We may have a few Holiday surprises in addition to our events just for those who watch the stream.

Events Will Still Occur: Our Holiday-Themed events will still occur throughout the year. There will be days that we take off from our original streaming schedules for one of our Holiday Events. For example, this year's Halloween Run will take place on a Sunday. Instead of streaming at our regular time, we'll be streaming the Halloween Run instead. There is also a section on Twitch called "Upcoming Events" in which there will always be a graphic of our upcoming events.

Subscribing To The Channel: You can now subscribe to the channel if you wish! We're still in the process of setting something up for those who do subscribe and/or follow the channel. In the meantime, keep an eye out for an announcement closer towards the end of September or early October for that. Thank you to everyone who shows support whether they're subscribed, followed, cheer, or are here chatting with us! Your support is equally amazing! Here's to a bright streaming future. :)

Skeletal Key Bosses Coming To Pirate101

Ahoy Pirates!

Kingsisle has just announced that Skeletal Bosses will be added to Pirate101. This will bring various bosses that drop "highly requested items" from the game! There will be four different skeletal key bosses for the highest level of pirates. Another round of skeletal key bosses will be added later this year for players of all levels.

There are many other updates coming as well such as an expanded friends list elixir, expanded backpack elixir, and expanded bank elixir. This is something we need in Wizard101! So I'm glad we pirates will get to get something like this first. Now some may be disappointed at this moment because we haven't received a world update yet.. However, keep in mind that this is the first time years that they're updating the game more than once within a few months! It shows that Kingsisle is not giving up on the game, so we shouldn't either.

Pirate101's Future: My Prediction

This may not be the most popular opinion at the time, but I'm predicting that Kingsisle is preparing the game for Steam by adding features such as Skeletal Key Bosses to the game. Pirate101 is clearly an amazing game that I think would do very well on Steam. I'm sure many others believe the same thing. I also predict that Kingsisle will add a new world update along with the quality of life updates. Don't give up hope on the game just yet. Let's hope that they're still preparing for a world update.

"There’s actually quite a bit more coming throughout the rest of the year, but I don’t want to let ALL the Firecats out of the bag at once, so stay tuned for more info." ~ Professor Falmea

We're Ready For The Next World!

Ahoy Pirates!

I hope you're having a wonderful Monday. Wait... Mondays? Wonderful? I have to say that it is wonderful for me because I'm finally feeling a little bit better! I've been sick over the past few days which explains the lack of new blog posts. Today, I'm back to announce that Autumn & I have finally completed Valencia 2 on our Witchdoctors!

If you read my previous posts about our Witchdoctors, you know that we've been side questing so when we finally defeated Kane, we would be level 70 (the current level cap). Around the first few months of this year, we defeated Kane on our Musketeers, however, we were at least 3 levels behind where we needed to be when we defeated him. We were prepared this time around! We completed as many side quests as we could and both leveled up to 70 before we entered the final dungeon.

The final dungeon was not as tough on our witchdoctors as it was when we first defeated Kane on our musketeers. Autumn was able to buy a few henchmen to keep us healed up & attack when we're unable to attack. I've said it before and I'll say it again: The Henchmen Are An Amazing Pirate101 Feature! I'm so glad Kingsisle added this to the game, especially since you are in control of the henchmen's attacks or heals.

In the end, we defeated Kane! We're now officially ready for the next world update. I'm thinking the next villain will be The Queen (above). As for the world... Well, there were three that were mentioned quite a bit in Valencia 2 and after. These three are Polaris, Grizzleheim, and Darkmoor. I'm leaning towards Polaris being the next world. I guess we'll have to see what Kingsisle has planned for us on this week's Kingsisle Live! Be sure to tune in:

Thursday, August 30th at 4:00 pm Central
Please... let it be Polaris!

Wizard101 Family: Event Recap!

Hello Wizards!

I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I've been sick as of late, but I've luckily had the community help me forget a few times that I was sick. On Saturday, I was able to cohost/attend an awesome event from an amazing Facebook Group known as Wizard101 Family.

The last event of theirs that I was able to make it to was a Christmas event. They had this event for Wizard101's upcoming 10th Birthday! This event was composed of fun activities such as housing games, PvP, and various contests! I'd say this was one of my favorite community events because the event was hosted by a family-friendly Facebook group. I love that there are still events out there that are still family-friendly, and most of all, welcoming to all of the community.

The community is such a wonderful place. Events like these show just how awesome our community is. It's always nice hanging out with everyone from this amazing Facebook Group! Thank you Wizard101 Family for yet another family-friendly event. If  anyone reading this post is interested in joining this amazing group, feel free to click on the link below. Thank you all for reading. Until next time, I'll see you around the spiral.

Pirate101 Lives - 2018 Edition!

Ahoy Pirates!

I hope you're having a wonderful Friday. Last month, Kingsisle hinted that they're working on an update for the game, but couldn't show us because they weren't quite ready to share it with us. There has been some speculation that Kingsisle could share a little something with us for the next Kingsisle Live which will take place on Thursday, August 30th.

The first thing we need to do is accept that Kingsisle has finally found the direction that they want to go and they're starting to work on the game again. There's no disputing that Pirate101 has lost a lot of players, but that wasn't because the game is a bad game. It's such an amazing game that many players, even after years of no new world updates, have stuck around waiting for a new update. That's a game to be proud of. I'm glad that Kingsisle sees that! So for now, let's talk about a few things that have been posted on the official Pirate101 Message Boards by our awesome community manager, Bat!

A Sign That Pirate101 Is Being Worked On
If you make your way to the Pirate101 Message Boards, you'll see a thread made by "HardyMarkScupper" about Blind Mew. Years ago, Blind Mew would post on the official message boards with little hints of what could be coming in Pirate101's future. Hardy Mark asked if Blind Mew would ever return. It was met with a few responses, and one in particular by our community manager:

This is really a confirmation that Blind Mew is working on the game! I'd say that is the best news that Pirates have received in years. Blind Mew works on the story, so could that mean we might get a main world or our first side world? At this point, as long as long as they make content, I wouldn't mind! Anyway, Bat went on to state that he and Professor Falmea finished working on the Script for next week's Kingsisle Live. Do you think they'll share a little bit of gameplay of a new possible world/side world from the development server? Or do you think they'll hint at it and share that sometime in September? I guess we'll just have to tune in and watch! Thank you all for reading. Until next time, I'll see you around the skyways. :D

Such A Talented Community!

Hello Wizards!

Today I'd like to share some amazing art from a talented artist, Eclipse Fox aka Victoria Thundershard. Victoria has shared many amazing images on her Instagram, one of which I'm going to share with you all today. She recently created one for Wizard101's 10th Birthday.  I'm not an artist myself, but I can see how hard artists work on their amazing art. Victoria did a great job capturing the personalities of all of our teachers in the artwork below.

This is really a reminder of how much I love this community. There are so many talented people, like Victoria, that do such a great job of showing their love for the game & community. Thanks, Victoria, for sharing such an amazing artwork with the community. Thank you for being a great friend as well. :) If y'all would like to see more amazing artwork from Victoria, feel free to click on the link below to access her Instagram!

Why Steam Is A Great Idea!

Hi there!

I wanted to make a new blog post on why I believe steam will help Wizard101 in a very positive way. The community has grown since Wizard101's release. Steam will allow the community to grow even more. Before we get too much into why steam is good for the game, let's talk the single most important that Wizard101 has accomplished over the past 10 years.

Kingsisle has added many features to the game since their release. As a spectator, as many others who are still playing the game, we've seen them add: mounts, crown shop gifting, advanced pets, bundles, gardening, gauntlets, fishing, daily assignments, earn crowns, 17 additional worlds, etc. I'm positive I've missed many features. While all of these features are amazing, their main accomplishment at this point is making it to 10 years!

Wizard101 fans have helped play a major role in Wizard101's success. However, there are people who have claimed many times in the past 10 years that the game is dying and Wizard101 is a horrible game. The fact is that even they joined the game and kept playing because they loved it (and still love it). No matter the price, they continued playing the game. There have been people that have tried the game out and didn't like it. Those who stayed helped keep the game running for a decade! Now that we see that people did stay and Wizard101 has lasted a decade, let me give my opinion on why I think Steam is a great idea for Kingsisle.

The Steam website has 300-400 million visits per month. There are tens of millions of people who want to try out new games. While not everyone will like Wizard101, the people who may have never discovered the game may like it a lot! That doesn't make the opinions of others who say it's a bad idea to add Wizard101 to Steam a bad idea. But when you look at it; it would be a great thing even if 50,000 out of 100,000 people who may try the game out like it.

50,000 x 10 (one month membership) = $500,000
50,000 x 60 (yearly membership) = $3,000,000

So even if 50% of the people from steam like the game enough to buy it, the game would be more successful than it currently is! Additional funding would help provide new features, world updates, and more! Whether it gets bad reviews or not, people may look at the game and find it to be interesting. Even if the game had a 25% approval rating, any person out of that 25% willing to give the game a chance would still make the game more successful. Any new player joining the game will help Kingsisle as a game team. Therefore, Steam is a great idea! :)

Kingsisle Live: Thursday, August 30th

Hi there!

I'm making a new blog post to let everyone know that the next episode of Kingsisle Live will take place next week! Mathew Anderson, our new community manager, will take the role of host alongside Leah Ruben. Let's show all of our support for Mathew's first official episode!

When?
Thursday, August 30th
4:00 pm Central / 5:00 pm Eastern

Where?

One upcoming change to take note of is that Kingsisle will be using the #Wizard101Tips instead of the hashtag #AskKI for this upcoming episode. If you use the hashtag #Wizard101Tips with one tip that you can give to new players, you'll be entered to win crowns. There will only be ten winners! I should get going now - have a lot of special surprises over the next few months that needs additional planning. Until next time, I'll see you around the spiral. :D

Wizard101 Is Coming To Steam!

Hello Wizards!

Kingsisle announced today that Wizard101 will soon be coming Steam! Steam is a very popular video game platform that lists many computer games. The Steam Community (millions) then has a choice to try out these listed games. Kingsisle will be adding Wizard101 to Steam so this means we will see a major uptick in players!

Kingsisle has released a FAQ (frequently asked questions) about what this will mean for the future of Wizard101 and Pirate101. While Pirate101 will not be released on this game at this time, it may still mean a bright future for both games because of all of the potential new players. We've grown to love this game and those who may have never heard of Kingsisle Games may do the same thing! Congratulations to Kingsisle! Microphone Setting: Improved!

Hello Wizards!

I hope you're having a wonderful week. Over the past few days, I've been trying to fix my headset. It didn't sound like I wanted it sound, so I've worked on it for many hours - some of which I'd use to blog. I am proud to announce that I finally fixed an issue that I had and it sounds a lot better. Now the only thing I need to do is set the volume. Feel free to watch the video below to hear my new microphone setting!

Animal Cove: Why You Should Give It A Chance!

Hi there!

Kingsisle has recently released a new mobile game, Animal Cove, globally on both apple and android devices! Animal Cove has so far averaged out 4.5/5 stars on Google Play and 4.8/5 stars on the App Store. Today, I thought I'd make a new blog post about why you should try out this new game. Before I share these reasons with y'all, let's talk a little bit about the game.

Animal Cove: Match 3 is a mobile game about a human (you) that gets trapped on a mysterious island with talking animals, a helpful new friend, and a billionaire! You have to help build a habitable island by restoring areas for all of your new talking animal friends. You're the only human that can talk to these animals, so you have to clean up the island, build a new home for you, and build homes for your new animal friends. In order to progress in the story, you have to earn keys. These keys can be earned by solving the puzzles, in which there are currently 300 puzzles/levels. This is a brief summary of the game. Here are three current things that I love about this new game:

The Storyline - My Review: 5/5
You start the game off by restoring a home for yourself and then building new homes for your talking animal friends. As you progress the game, you'll become interested in where the story is going. This is a match-3 game, but there is much more to Animal Cove than the puzzles itself. The storyline becomes very interesting and many times, hilarious!  I definitely give Kingsisle an A+ on the storyline. It's nice to see that this game team always sticks to their storytelling roots. I haven't been through the entire game, but I'm sure it gets even better as you restore the different areas throughout the game.

The Graphics - My Review: 5/5

I am not a major mobile game fan myself mostly because of the graphics of them. Kingsisle did a fantastic job on the graphics of this game. Starting off the game you get a cut-scene (which KI is known for in their computer games). This cut-scene surprised me because I felt as if I was watching a trailer for a new cartoon/movie. Their cutscenes are amazing, but so is the gameplay graphics from the puzzles to the idles of your friends. I apologize to other mobile game makers, but I am so happy that I can actually see the characters when they're walking around! Thank you for creating such amazing graphics... I may have to share more posts about my progress and new updates as I continue questing through this game.

Free To Play - My Review: 5/5
You can download Animal Cove for free on your Android and Apple devices. I'd say that this is definitely one thing that I love about the game and game team. Since the beginning, they've allowed players to try out their product for free with an option to buy items. You can complete the puzzles throughout the game. You don't have to buy anything, but if you would like to support Kingsisle to continue updating this mobile game - you have the option to buy coins, bundles, and a VIP membership.

Apple

Android

Now I think I'm going to leave you to try out this new game. There is still so much more that I haven't even mentioned, but I left that out so you can check it out. If you do try it out, feel free to add me in-game by typing in "EdwardLifegem". Adding friends in-game will give you an option to send and receive lives (which you will need if you mess up on a puzzle). That's all I'm going to say about the game for now. Until next time, I'll see you around the... mysterious island!

Animal Cove Launched Globally!

Hi there!

I am proud to announce that Kingsisle has officially released one of their amazing new mobile games, Animal Cove, worldwide. You have your choice of downloading this awesome mobile game on the App Store or Google Play. I recently tried it out and I plan on making another post about my experience so far. For now, here are a few links where you can download this new app:

iTunes

Google Play

Kingsisle did a great job on the graphics & storyline. If you try it out, don't forget to leave it a nice review! I'll definitely recommend this game to everyone that I know. I hope you do the same. Now I'll leave you to try out this new game. Until next time, I'll see you around the mysterious island. :D

I'm Busy Saving The Spiral!

Hello Wizards!

How have you been lately? I apologize for not updating my blog as much as I should! I've actually been busy preparing for a lot of community stuff such as Twitch, events, and even updating a few pages here on my website. It's been a very busy week, but that's fine! The next few months are still going to be amazing. :D

Keep your eye out for new event announcements (including Twitch Streaming in which we'll announce our streaming schedule soon). These next few months are going to be amazing! Well, I should get going. I have some plans to take over the... I mean... help the Spiral with its troubles! Until next time, I'll see you around the spiral (forget Grandmother Raven, I'm going to destroy it).

Pirate101: Witchdoctor Sidequesting!

Ahoy Pirates!

I hope you're having a wonderful week so far! This week has been amazing for two reasons: I've been planning events & I've got to quest in Pirate101. Lately, I've been questing with Autumn's witchdoctor to try to complete Valencia Part 2. We still have to do the last quest, but for now, we're catching up on our side quests!

Autumn & I quest our musketeers through the end of Valencia Part 2 a few months ago. We noticed at the time that there are a few side quests in VP2 that give quite a bit of experience points. Picking up your side quests and actually doing them really do help out in the long run. We received our final quest in VP2 at around level 67-68. Keep in mind that the level cap is now level 70, so we were behind a few levels.

These side quests eventually help level me up to level 69 and Autumn up to level 70! Now, we had to travel to other worlds to complete these quests, but it was really easy experience points. So I'll stress it again to those who didn't watch our a stream a few months ago: Complete Your Sidequests! :D I should get going because we have to prepare to fight Kane! I'll let you know how that goes. Until next time, I'll see you around the skyways. :D

The Rarest Treasure Cards In The Game!

Hello Wizards!

Treasure cards have always been an amazing feature in Wizard101. It's always nice to have stronger spells if you're a lower level wizard. I'm sure treasure cards have been a lifesaver for all of us. Today, I wanted to talk about one of these lifesaver treasure cards, otherwise known as Rebirth!

Life wizards are pretty awesome for having such an awesome healing card. Today we have a Rebirth Treasure Card that can be dropped from various bosses across the spiral, dropped in packs, that can be crafted, and bought for gold for around 1,500 gold. Now, you're probably wondering why you're reading a post about a card that you can get. Before I tell you about rare treasure cards, let's talk a little bit about the olden days!

From the launch of Wizard101 up until May of 2010, treasure cards could be made by using the card "Keen Eyes" and other enchantments. This card enabled all schools to make their own form of treasure cards and trade them with other schools. This meant that if you were a life wizard, you could trade a Keen Eye Rebirth Card with the Fire School! I can confirm right now that the top rarest treasure cards in the game are indeed the cards that could be traded by other schools using the different enchantments that we had at the time.

I remember an old friend back in May of 2010 trading me this card before Kingsisle removed this option. While Rebirth may be the rarest treasure card I have, there are different treasure cards of all schools (level 48 and below) that were made before Kingsisle removed this unintended feature. I am lucky to say that even the toughest battles didn't make me use this treasure card. I had no idea it would be this rare at the time, but I'll always remember to never use this card. Maybe one day in the future, I'll trade it to a friend dear to me. For now, I'll keep it as a memory.  Thank you all for reading this post. Until next time, I'll see you around the spiral.

Double Pet Experience + Crowns Sale!

Hello Wizards!

I hope you're having a wonderful Thursday! Kingsisle has announced two special events. The first event is the Member Benefit, Double Pet Experience. If you have bought a Wizard101 membership, that means you can earn double the pet experience from Pet Pavilion games than you normally would! This member benefit will last through the weekend.

If you read my post from a few days ago, you'll know that I am currently leveling my Raging Bull pet. So far he's been lucky! As of now, he's received all of the talents that I've wanted (Unicorn, Energizing Battery, Block, and Critical). I started leveling him from Epic to Mega a few days ago. Lucky for me, Kingsisle announced the Double XP Member Benefit today! I'm happy because he'll make it to Mega by tomorrow. Here's hoping I get an amazing talent! I'll let everyone know on Twitter if I get an awesome talent. My current hope is to get spell-proof! We shall see. In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy this amazing member benefit.

I also want to talk about another special event that Kingsisle currently has going on. If you're like me and you need to buy Mega Snacks to level your pet because you're not a gardener, you should buy crowns while they have this special sale. You can earn up to 50% more crowns. If you were to spend $80, you would end up getting 90,000 crowns instead of the original 60,000. That's awesome in the long-run! Okay, I'm done telling you about the amazing things going on through this weekend. I'll leave you to level your pets. Best of luck with your pet talents!

Crowns Sale - Through Monday, August 13th

Cat Run 2018: Recap

Hello Wizards!

Did you know that yesterday was International Cat Day? Well, Autumn & I decided to have an event in-game just for Cat Day. As many of you already know, we have Run Events. We decided to invite everyone in the community & have a Cat Run around the commons!

I announced this event around mid-afternoon! A few amazing people showed up and we talked a bit about the event. Eventually, the crowd grew from a few to dozens! It was awesome to see everyone again. I'll be honest, I missed a lot of you after the Holiday Mashup. It's always nice talking to everyone in-game or during our streams. But I'll admit I need to pay closer attention to chat once we start streaming. I'm such a blogger/typist! Anyway, let's recap what we did at this last-minute event.

The Cat Run - Around The Commons

We got all of our cat mounts, ears, and pets and lined up on the Rainbow Bridge. When we first started hosting events, we would only run around the commons. So I thought, why not run around the commons like we first did when we started the events? It was a lot of fun to see all of the cats running around in the circle around the pond! The game was laggy with all of the mounts, but the run itself was still a lot of fun. Plus it felt nostalgic to come back to our roots!

Raid Wizard City - Meow, Meow, Meow!

Yes, we met in the middle of the pond after the run around it. Cats don't like water, but maybe our cats in Wizard101 do? Yeah, I don't think they do. Just look at the one at the top of the photo above. He's jumping over the other cats to get out. :P Anyway, we met in the middle of the pond to decide the areas we would raid. We raided The Commons (the scarecrow realm aka the roleplay realm), the pet pavilion, kraken, and the arena! It was a lot of fun. We mostly got positive feedback from our meow raid. Instead of Christmas Caroling, like we did at the Holiday Mashup, we just went up to random wizards and meowed. I mean, how random is that?! :P

The Afterparty / Twitch Stream

After our wizard city raid, Autumn used one of her wizards to teleport everyone to her Darkmoor Manor. I didn't get to take a picture of it, but I drank a few potions... It actually turned my poor life wizard into a Gobbler (well after I bought a gobbler transformation from the crowns shop for 500 gold)! The afterparty was fun but I had to leave because I was hungry. If you haven't watched our streams before, you should know that once we are near the 2-hour mark of streaming, I suddenly get hungry. Yeah, you may hear that a few times in the stream if we stream around two hours. So speaking of around two hours... we did stream this event yesterday! If you'd like to watch part of our stream, you can view the video below. Thank you so much for showing up to this event. We love this community and we'll always have events like this for all of you. I can't wait to see you at the next event. Until then, I'll see you around the spiral.
