So there's been a lot of talk around the community about bannings due to bad language, cheats and whatever else is against Wizard101 & Pirate101's terms of use. I think it's silly that there are people who blame Kingsisle for being banned for doing something against Kingsisle's terms of use. I joined the game about six years ago and I remember reading the terms of use and I knew not to go against it if I wanted to keep my wizard (and now pirate). I'm a blogger and I love making posts about Kingsisle's amazing games! There are many steps you can take to keep your account.. I decided I'm going to share them with you today so you know that if you blame Kingsisle for your account banning or muting, it's not really their fault.. Here's the few steps you should follow if you want to keep your account.

- Read Kingsisle's Terms of Use: One way as I mentioned above, is to look at Kingsisle's Terms of Use. This step is important and when you created your Wizard or Pirate, you should have noticed it.
- Follow The Rules: There are many rules on Wizard101 and Pirate101. A few that have been broken by players are: Profanity and Bullying. These rules are not new, it's a new year but the rules have been in place since you created your account. I'm sure by now, you've had friends banned because they broke the rules numerous times. Don't get upset at Kingsisle if you're banned because of this reason. You should know by now that you shouldn't break Kingsisle's Rules. I want everyone reading to stay, I'm just trying to warn you.
- Remember: Please don't forget the rules when you start playing. We all know Wizard101 and Pirate101 are fun (best games ever)! Remember the rules so your account isn't banned. I'm not trying to be rude to anyone, I just want you to know that I know to keep my account safe by following the rules. I don't want my account banned. I'm not perfect. I'm human, just like you. It's hard to remember sometimes, so keep this in mind. Do I want to keep my account? I'm sure if you're reading this post, the answer is YES!!
The steps listed above are easy steps to follow if you want to keep your account. You also have to stay safe on the game, so don't forget Online Safety! Thank you for reading this blog post. Okay, so my account was banned. Why? Because of a stupid reason- I helped a stranger with a dungeon and he gifted me a pack. After 2 days, my account is BANNED because that stranger bought his crowns from a stolen credit card. But why was I banned? I followed the rules, how was I supposed to know that guy was a thief? The support staff is ignoring me. I need support, please help me.
@Arnav - I'm so sorry that happened to you. I don't work for Kingsisle but I'll give you some advice. Keep trying to get ahold of support to see if they can return your account to you. Also make sure you didn't do anything in the past (bad language, giving personal information away for example- I'm sure you didn't do that though). Don't give up on your account. I think there was a few issues like that in the past where a few people in the community had their accounts banned b/c they redeemed codes from somebody. This was a pack so I'm sure if you didn't do anything wrong, you'll get it back. Goood luck!! Let me know if you get in contact with them?
