They're all awesome, but i'm going to have to go with tso po, he looks especially powerful and cool.
Tough choice... The Oni looks cool but so does El Toro xD
Can you delete companions?
I don't think you can, I never rally looked into that since I loved all of my companions while leveling, I' would ask Kelsey Fireheart, she's the Pirate101 master! Tell her I sent ya :)
